Welcome to the SNCOA page! If you have attended NCOS and

encampment, are a cadet SSgt or higher and wish to get practical experience

in leading, teaching, motivating, and drilling cadets, then apply to SNCOA.

Most of your time will be spent in lab exercises getting experience in teaching, drilling, and LEADING. YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED!

SNCOA graduates learn many things that apply to leadership at the squadron and help them when applying for staff at other activities.
