The name of this school indicates that basic cadet skills are taught.  It is NOT as school for cadet basics only.  Material presented here is also excellent for cadet airmen as well.

Basic Cadet School

BCS is typically held at Group Level, and serves as an indoctrination into the cadet program.  Students learn followership fundamentals: drill and ceremonies, customs and courtesies, uniform wear, and other elementary skills

 

Requirements:

Must be a current member of CAP at the Application Deadline.
