Advanced Cadet Staff Seminar

As the culmination of the Integrated Leadership Program, ACSS provides high ranking cadet officers with opportunities to tackle complex leadership challenges to become strategic thinkers, mentors, leaders and communicators in California Wing.

A weekend seminar for Phase III and IV cadets, ACSS focuses on:

Solving significant wing issues
Civil discourse and group strategizing
Strategic planning and thinking
Developing the mentorship process
Creating opportunities to problem-solve
Managing the Cadet Program

Prerequisites (may be waived with approval of ACSS commander):

C/1LT or above
17 years of age or older
COBC, COS, or PRCLS graduate

Note: There is no cadet staff for this activity
